We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join one of the UK’s most compelling and rapidly growing organisations, based in Milton Keynes!

In your role as a Purchasing Administrator you’ll be:

Adding purchase orders, products & suppliers’ info to the company system
Uploading invoices and receipts to Xero for reconciliation
Assisting with expenses and other bookkeeping duties
Replenishing general office, canteen and stock supplies
Fleet vehicle management – booking services and MOTs
Assisting the warehouse manager with the arrangement of international shipments and arranging national couriers
Accounts receivable duties, analysing data and speaking with our customers
Providing admin support for other departments when required
Dealing with inbound phone calls, emails and post (scanning & filing).
Assisting with Health & Safety compliance. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have

2+ years of purchasing / office admin experience using Xero or similar accounting software
Experience with arranging logistics. (Importing &/or exporting)
Demonstrable attention to detail
Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
A good understanding of the workings of Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and planning skills
