I am currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to start in January on a permanent basis. This is working for a well-established company who are growing fast and looking to add to their team. You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, experience in understanding best practise within sales or purchase ledger and have a can do attitude.
Role
Process staff expenses
Generate purchase ledge payment runs
Manage trade loan and direct stock payments
Process bank reconciliation
Ad hoc administration
You must
Experience within a purchasing and understanding best practise
Experience with Sales and Purchase ledger
Payment processing and allocation
Have the ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment resulting in a positive outcome
Excellent communicator with colleagues and suppliers
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am – 17.00pm

Salary: Depending on experience
