Purchasing / Sales Administrator

Lomax Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Purchasing and Sales Administrator in Milton Keynes.

Our client is hiring a meticulous and adaptable Purchasing and Sales Administrator to manage incoming sales and purchasing enquiries from their sales teams.

You will serve as a point of contact for queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

The ideal Sales Administrator / Purchasing Administrator will be comfortable in a admin heavy role, goal-oriented and happy to be on the phone. You will exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and draw energy from being part of a team and be willing to work on multiple tasks.

Sales Administrator responsibilities

* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

* Manage Sales and Purchasing inboxes

* Contact sales and clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

* Maintain and update sales and customer records

* Develop monthly sales reports

* Communicate important feedback from customers internally

* Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

* Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Sales Administrator requirements

* Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support or Purchasing Administrator

* Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

* Understanding of purchasing processes

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

* A team player with a high level of dedication

* Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritise tasks

* Motivated with a desire to reach personal and team goals

Salary and Benefits

* £18000 – £22000 + bonus & benefits
