Purchasing Admin
Randstad are recruiting for an excellent Purchasing Admin to work for a leading Manufacturing company.
Days/Hours:
Mon-Fri 08:30 – 16:30
Responsibilities:
Placing and reviewing purchase orders with suppliers either on the phone, by email or direct online, looking to make as much cost savings as possible
Expediting dates and updating the ERP system
Complete reporting for central Business unit
Complete and create general reports
Be responsible for escalation of potential stock problems and be prepared to present solutions
Manage the raising, tracking and chasing of invoices
Requirements:
Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Educated to A level standard or equivalent
Proven track record of performing at a high level in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Working with Integrated Business Systems.
