We are currently recruiting for two Public Safety Administrators.
The successful candidates will join our Central Administration Team and will support the work of both the Prevention and Protection Departments.

This post has a wide range of responsibilities including:
* Providing admin assistance to Watch and Station Commanders, and Group Managers.
* Taking minutes at internal and external meetings, circulating minutes, maintaining action logs and sending reminders when appropriate.
* Providing admin support to the work of the Protection and Prevention departments.
* Providing admin support to the Resource Management Team.
* Taking telephone requests/email requests for Fire & Wellness Visits from members of the public and partner agencies and actioning these requests on the information system.
* Maintaining appropriate records, raising purchase requisitions through the Integra Finance system and liaising with the Finance Department to clarify queries and assist with covering administrators in the regional admin teams north and south of the county either remotely or in person if reasonably possible.
* Helping to cover administrator functions of the regional admin teams, north and south of the county, either remotely or in person if reasonably possible.
The successful candidate will require the following skills and experience:
* A sound general level of educational achievement.
* Proven office/administration experience.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages which include Outlook, Excel and Word with good keyboard and data input skills.
* Ability to work to time sensitive timelines with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Minute taking.
* Basic numerical skills.
* Able to prioritise tasks.
