PART-TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR (CONTRACT) – MILTON KEYNES – £10ph
Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-
* Use SAP to process repair request forms ensuring that the claims are valid and inline with company regulations
* Liaise with engineer to ensure the requests are processed in good time for customer
* Ensure all personal data is used appropriately and securely in line with GDPR
* Liaise between accounts and engineer to ensure all information is correct and provided in good time.
* Process spare part orders from engineers/technicians for warranty and non-warranty orders, checking service manual to ensure correct parts are ordered.
* Liaise with warehouse and team in regards to incoming orders and offering and ETA to customers
What we need from you:-
* Working 3 days per week, we can be flexible as to what days
* Knowledge of SAP or similar
* Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
* Strong admin background
* Available immediately or asap
* Be able to commit to a contract
