Newstaff Employment Services are working in Partnership with a Ground Engineering specialist contractor based in Milton Keynes dealing with subsidence and re-levelling (lifting) of buildings through non-disruptive or intrusive methods with low to no business interruption

We are looking for an outstanding Project Scheduler to facilitate the delivery of the companies specialist Geopolymer services to the clients nationwide

The Role:

Manage the complex project calendar utilising the delivery team and fleet of vehicles to full capacity nationwide 
Instruct sub-contractors to attend site prior to & during the works
Monitor and manage the Sales in-box
Quote acceptance reviewing for administering invoicing and updating the CRM
Managing order/ instructions from B2B clients and handling payment terms and schedule
Taking card payments and payment management
Issuing documents on completion of work
Producing and issuing client statements and chasing overdue invoices
Generating weekly reports & determining project lead times for the designated areas within the UK

Have good Microsoft office skills
Sales force (a bonus skill)
Xero (a bonus skill)
The role is based in the companies Milton Keynes office, this is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week which includes one hour for break

We are looking to pay £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
