Project Delivery Coordinator – Milton Keynes – Temporary (Up to 6 months)
Our client deliver bespoke customer projects, mainly for complex sub metering which includes electricity, water, gas etc.
The team provide an excellent service to customers and we are looking fora Project Delivery Coordinator who is energetic, organised, confident and hard working to join our team. The role is challenging and rewarding. You will be part of a team that is solution-driven and the position will provide a great learning experience both about the company.
The role is initially offered on a temporary basis for up to 6 months, there is a realistic possibility this could extend to 12 months, but nothing can be guaranteed at this point.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountability/Key Responsibilities
oProcess data in accordance with our contractual deadlines
oEnsure field activities are completed in line with contractual time scales and industry requirements De-programming and test dialling of meters following installation
oTo manage the back office set up for metering points including flow creation and amendments which may be required
oProvide administration, house-keeping and other support to management and colleagues in the department
oRecord stats and produce trackers as agreed with customers guidance
oWorking closely with the other teams to ensure that the client's customers receive a high quality service and that both internal and external service levels are met
oMeet individual and team objectives
oTake full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
oPrioritise and manage your workload to team and industry time scales
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
oCustomer focused; is able to identify and respond to customer's needs
oGood problem solving skills
oCan manage own time to meet daily requirements
oFlexible, willing and able to cope with change with the ability to work under
oConscientious, accurate and diligent
oGood level of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, etc)
oA high level of computer and system literacy (able to use multiple systems to complete a process)
This is full time role contracted at 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
The client are looking to pay £11-12 an hour (PAYE) for the right candidate.
