My innovative client is looking for an experience Project Coordination / Administrator to provide administration and finance assistance to project managers and team management to ensure Projects are accurately delivered and reported.
To support the Project Manager to define a technical solution and then run the project to deliver the best solution to the clients. To help provide technical consultancy throughout the course of the project.
Key responsibilities:
Tracking and reporting on Time bookings
Monitoring and reporting on Project delivery status
Tracking and management of forecasting revenue and resources from discussions with the presales and sales team members
Reporting Project Risks and Issues to Project Managers and services leadership team
End of month Revenue Recognition administration and reporting
Using Microsoft Dynamics daily to update the project status
Monthly Invoicing requests and creation
Setup of Project Management artefacts at project initiation including PO submission to accounts.
On-going maintenance and documentation of Project Management artefacts
Supporting process improvements locally and global process changes
Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology.
Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Break down of proposed deliverables in to project tasks and timeframe
Project Invoicing on completion / milestone
Assist the Project Manager and team in the production and maintenance of project plans.Skills, knowledge and abilities
Methodical with an attention to detail
You'll be able to establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst preserving the high level of accuracy and confidentiality needed.
You'll have good interpersonal, oral and written skills and ability to relate to a wide variety of people.Experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel applications.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
Previous Project Management, Invoicing, Revenue recognition and Administration experience
Understanding of software deployment and services delivery strategiesRole advertised: 24th December 2021
