My client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support their Projects Team in coordinating the assignment, scheduling and tracking of technical review projects. The role specifically focusses on the administrative aspects as well as requiring interaction with colleagues and customers.
Successful individuals will need experience within Excel operating at a minimum level of pivot tables for data manipulation and must have the ability to learn new systems with ease.
This role is operating remotely so can be based anywhere in the UK. Equipment will be provided.
Purpose of the Role
To coordinate the assignment, scheduling and tracking of technical review projects
To maintain accurate and up-to-date project management databases
To provide regular project updates to clients as agreed with the Project Manager
To manage client queries and requests for information and coordinate timely responses
To provide regular analysis of KPIs and status reportsKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities
To administer centralised communications, for example via technology team inboxes
To coordinate and administer project management database
To work with Project Managers, Team Managers and Scheme Managers to process change notification forms, determine work required and assign resources
To maintain the project management database ensuring that data sets are complete to allow performance KPI's to be generated
To communicate project status to clients including estimated delivery date, status and expenditure to date
To manage client queries and requests for information and work with the relevant team members to co-ordinate timely responses
Plan and prioritise your own individual workload, deliver an efficient service meeting agreed deadlinesRole advertised: 13th December 2021
