Project Administrator

Temporary to Permanent

Milton Keynes

£20,000 to £22,000 per annum

Monday to Friday – Full Time

My thriving international client is looking for an experienced Administrator to support their project teams with the administration for their projects. You will need to provide first-class administration support and be comfortable using Excel on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Raising purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers
Sourcing and booking accommodation for sub-contractors
Assisting in booking transportation (knowledge of commercial invoices for export vehicles would be advantageous but not a deal breaker)
Assisting in general finance duties; matching PO's to invoices, filingAll of the above is done using Microsoft Business Central – not essential to have used before, but would be advantageous.

This would suit someone who is articulate, strong communication skills and also is very well organised. They will be working with multiple departments so will need to be confident, it will also be jumping from task to task so needs to be flexible in working methods but making sure they are completing.

Hours will be 8.30-5pm based in Milton Keynes office.
