Answering the telephone and doing general admin tasks to support the project admin team.
Responsible for ensuring all enquiry and project admin documentation is created, recorded, stored and issued according to company processes.
Be the main administration support for all departments.
Assisting with answering the main phone and greeting visitors.
Main duties:
• Answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Dealing with client, supplier and site enquiries, including taking messages.
• Answering the door to visitors and dealing with them professionally.
• Production of Operation & Maintenance Manuals for clients.
• Data entry of electrical test results and liaison with Electrical QS on completing test results.
• Production of Site Health & Safety files.
• Assist with setting up new project enquiries on internal systems.
• Keeping department reference documents up to date.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as taking notes in meetings and issuing minutes.
Organised approach to work including being able to prioritize. Being helpful and adaptable.
