I am working with one of Milton Keynes top employers, they offer great stability, opportunities and development. They are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator on a 12 month full time contract.
This role is within the central operations team supporting deliver best practice in the following areas: project management, data protection, legal, contracts and Intellectual Property.
Responsibilities:
Management of the Contracts Database including delivery of training and data integrity checks
Managing of the mis-descriptions cases
Investigating new cases and pursuing enforcement action
Tracking invoicing and raising Purchase Orders for the department
Collating information required for data protection subject access requests
Plan, organise and manage staff training, events and team meetings
Manage the contract review and legal support triage process
Managing the contract queries mailboxExperience:
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft 360 applications
Basic knowledge of Intellectual Property Law
