We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Planning Administrator to join an established and expanding real estate consultancy business in Milton Keynes. The salary for this position is £25,000.

We're looking for someone with experience in scheduling and planning, self-motivated and with good IT skills.

Job Specification

Taking maintenance enquiries (in writing and over the phone)
Amending and updating various reports
Utilising Excel – with confidence
Check and maintain Outlook client Inboxes
Process contractor and client invoices
Attending to queries with a good sense of problem-solving
Liaise with contractors daily
Schedule, plan and coordinate maintenance work for contractors Person Specification

The successful candidate in this role will:

Have experience working within a customer centred environment
Be a team player yet capable of lone working when needed
Be self-motivated
Have good communication skills
Be IT literate and have the skills to plan and prioritise effectively
Be reliable and flexible and have a positive approach to work Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
