Personal Assistant to our Executive Headteacher

St Michael’s Catholic School are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant to our Executive Headteacher mainly working at the High Wycombe campus.
You will act as first point of contact for all PA (including HR) related enquiries and provide confidential, high quality and timely secretarial, administrative and HR support to the Executive Head.
Some of your duties will include;
Contribute to the efficient operation of the administrative function of the school
Posting job adverts as required (drafting of job descriptions and person specifications)
Provide HR support to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures
Manage and maintain the Executive Head’s online diary, arrange and prioritise meetings as necessary and ensure that the Executive Head is appropriately informed
Line manage the Reception team and cover reception duties when needed
What you will need;
Experience of working as a PA at a Senior Level
Experience of working within HR or equivalent experience
A good general level of education including passes in English and mathematics at GCSE higher pass or Equivalent
Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft modules Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This post will require an enhanced DBS check.

Hours: Full time, 52 Weeks per Year – 37 hours per week
Salary: Bucks Pay Scale 5 £27,256 to £29,578
