Our client operates within the professional services sector and has a temporary vacancy for a Part Time Receptionist to cover 1st to 23rd December 2021. The hours are 8.15am till 2pm, Monday to Friday.
To make your contacts with clients a high priority and to convey a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness to their needs
To provide effective support and assistance to colleagues
To process all incoming calls
To receive all visitors into reception
To be responsible for all incoming and outgoing post
To control all deeds requests
General administration functions
Previous Receptionist experience is essential.
