We have an opportunity for a part-time Service and Parts Administrator to join an established family-owned business based in Milton Keynes that has built up a successful reputation in the electronics industry. The salary for this position is £9.50 – £10.00ph for 22.5 hrs/wk.
The position requires an individual who is a great team player and is hands-on, requiring you to handle electronic goods for repair as well as picking, packing and administrating a customer service role.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is flexible and able to work full-time during busy periods or for holiday/sick cover.
As the Service and Parts Administrator, your duties revolve around:
Booking-in and dispatching customer repairs
Resolving issues in a professional manner to resolution by telephone and email
Managing stock and parts sales
Invoicing and payment collection
Picking and packing Benefits
5 hours per week within Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (could consider up to 25 hrs)
3 weeks training provided (full-time during this period)
Free parking
