Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a part time Receptionist to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The right candidate will have a fantastic telephone manor you will be responsible for providing a high standard of face to face support to staff and visitors at all times.
Position: Part time Receptionist
Hours: Friday afternoon 12 – 5pm
Salary: £10 to £12ph depending on experience
The job will involve..
Answering all incoming into the companys switchboard promptly and courteously
Meeting and greeting visitors and staff entering the building in a polite and friendly manner
Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly team atmosphere
Assisting with any other administration required
The Person will…
Have previous experience in a reception role within a busy office environment
Excellent communications skills (in-person, telephone and written)
Switchboard experience
Competent user of MS Office
