Temporary Part Time Office Support
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks
£12.47 per hour plus holiday pay
12 to 15 hours per week – Flexible
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide additional support to the Customer Service Team.
In addition to having solid Microsoft office knowledge and be comforatble with using Outlook and Excel.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Data entry
Checking information and correcting as necessary
Maintaining accurate records
Answering in coming calls
Supporting the Office Manager
Updating their CRM system
General administration duties We are looking for someone that has
Good experience in an Administration role
Good IT skills including MS Word & Excel
Strong organisational skills
High attention to detail
