Our client is looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated HR Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent, part time basis. The successful candidate will provide HR administration and advisory support across the business.  

Position: HR Advisor  

Hours: 25 hours per week across five days    

Salary: £25,350 pro-rated

The job will involve:

–          Assisting with key recruitment activities such as reviewing and posting job adverts, producing contracts and offers of employment and ensuring all documents for new starters are in place.

–          Administration of end to end employee life cycle.

–          Be the first point of contact for staff queries, issues and concerns.

–          Running the annual appraisal programme.

–          Be the first point of escalation for line managers, employees and third parties to resolve HR related enquires (HR systems, policies, processes and guidance).

–          Coordinating health screening and training needs across the business.

–          Assisting with payroll as and when required.

–          Generalist HR administration.

–          Any other adhoc duties as required.

The Person will:

–          Generalist HR experience

–          High level of confidnetality

–          Experience of working in a process driven environment

–          The ability to work at a fast pace, to tight deadlines and can prioritise multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining outstanding customer service.

–          Great attention to detail and focus on quality and continuous improvement

–          Good communication skills

–          Be efficient and exceptionally organised

–          Be a highly motivated and versatile worker  

–          Have strong interpersonal skills   

–          Possess a strong administrative and people management background

–          Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office with excellent numerical calculation skills as well as excellent written skills
