An exciting position has become available for a part time Administrator to join a friendly team based Milton Keynes. You will be providing support with general administration and support on multiple large projects .
This role is Part-Time (21 hours a week)- Flexible on Days
The Role
First point of call for customers – answering the phone and responding to emails
Typing up ad-hoc letters, sorting post and ordering office supplies
Work closely with the senior administrator supporting them with ad-hoc tasks and projects
General office admin support
Processing Expenses
Data Entry
General Filling
Booking hotel and transport
Checking right to work and qualifications for contractorsThe Candidate
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
Work under pressure and support the managers meet strict deadlines
Strong administrative skills
Good telephone manor
Highly Organised
Able to work as part of a small team and on their ownThe Company
Part-Time working hours 21 hours per week (Flexible on days)
