Quality Personnel are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator working for a global healthcare organisation in Milton Keynes.
This is a part time position working 4 days a week, the hours are flexible! You will be office based.
The role is required initially for 3 months but this may be extended.
Job Specification
* Handling incoming calls
* Customer Service administration
* Support to the Technical Team
* Handle customer complaints
* Managing emails effectively
* Unpacking boxes in the storage room
About you
* Customer service experience
* Computer literate – competent with Microsoft package – Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent English language both spoken and written
* Hands on approach
* Enthusiastic team player
