Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a PA/ Office Administraor on a full time permanent basis.

Position: PA/ Office Administrator   

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (40 per week across –  8:30am – 5:30pm)

Salary: DOE  

The job will involve…

Assisting Company Director and the associated day-to-day workload
Diary Management
Managing incoming and outgoing emails, post and calls
Maintain current systems to track actions and deadlines

Filing: to include scanning, electronic and hard copy filing
Managing the office equipment – photocopier, printer, telephone, computer equipment etc

Maintaining all employee records and monthly payroll
Manage Company bank accounts and report all data to Company Director
Raising invoices and purchase orders as required
Pay supplier invoices and maintain accurate records
Credit control in line with Company procedures
The Person will…

Min requirements: GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English – C or above
Experience with Xero (desirable)
Administration experience with first class organisational skills- meeting deadlines
Proficient IT skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point
Accurate data input skills & attention to detail
Credit control experience (desirable)
Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing
High degree of trust and integrity – comfortable with handling confidential information
Ability to work as part of a small team with a ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to work independently after training
Able to solve problems – but also knowing boundaries and when to ask for help or guidance
