A fixed term contract to cover for a period of up to 12 months maternity leave and be ready to start in Sept 2021
To provide PA and Administration support to members of Executive Committee (ExCo) including more dedicated support to the Claims Director and to work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of the business. It is a role that needs high levels of strict confidentiality, professionalism and working to high standards.
JOB PROFILE:
Works closely with the EA to enable her to manage the CEO, CFO and CD efficiently.
Diary Management;
Minute/action taking at high level long meetings on a regular basis
Travel arrangements related to multi-location meetings (once out of lockdown);
Organising events eg, workshops, large meetings, virtual meetings.
General administration tasks – holidays, sickness, expenses, mileage, gifts and hospitality, capturing CPD, etc.
Uses IT skills to assist with PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and any additional tasks required.
Regular contact with other PAs and Administrators within the business.
It is Essential to have
An experienced PA/Administration Assistant
Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Zoom and Microsoft Teams experience
