As a team administrator you will be supporting the sales management team with all things admin.
Responsibilities:
Booking all travel requirements
Setting up meetings
Putting together presentation material
Taking minutes in meetings
Collating reports
Appointment preparation
Completing customer forms
Supporting with projects
General admin tasksExperience:
Experience within a similar role is essential
Good verbal and written skills
Great organisational skills
Good at multi-tasking
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Intermediate Excel skills
