Order Processor:
We are looking for an Order Processor to join our clients team based in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting full-time position in a thriving company, where you will be instantly adding value and becoming a crucial member of the team. As an order processor your role is to accurately process and amend orders and build positive relationships with both internal and external customers. You will support the achievement of sales and volume targets, by maximising on orders, and correcting any queries and errors.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process orders on the company‘s computer database and check and release orders
Making outbound calls to customers to clarify any order queries where required
Ensure that all customer orders are scheduled in line with their requirements and work with other departments to ensure that they are dispatched and delivered on time
Handle all customer queries (phone and email) efficiently and effectively each day and deliver exceptional customer experience
Build key professional working relationships with customers
Manage any supply or delivery issues
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a Data Entry / Order Processing role
Previous experience of handling calls and mailbox with a good telephone manner
Experience of working within a busy, fast paced, and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately within strict time frames
Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
Ability to Handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
Excellent IT skills
