I am supporting a market leading client based in Milton Keynes with their search for a strong Operations Coordinator to manage the snagging list for the business.
You will be joining a very busy and demanding Operations team. This is a vital role within the business and it is not for the faint hearted. You will need to have a strong personality and be able to challenge internal departments to get the job done efficiently and to high standards.
This is a very fast paced role and environment with tight deadlines and high amounts of pressure from day one. The team need somebody that can use their initiative and hit the ground running with very little guidance.
The Role
Managing the snagging process for several projects and sign offs
Communicating any transport or on-site issues
Building working relationships with sub-contractors
Raise Purchase Orders for contractors and suppliers
Negotiating the best prices from sub-contractors
Liaise with several departments
Supporting with operational projects on an ad-hoc basis
Updating the in-house systems with information gained on the job
General admin and customer services duties The Candidate
Confident with a strong personality that can handle challenging conversations
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, highly pressurised environment
Experience of working with different CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
Able to work as part of a small team About the Company
Working hours Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
