Operations Assistant
Salary: £16,000 pa (£20,000 FTE)
Hours: 30 per week (part time)
Location: SIA House (Milton Keynes)
Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave per leave year increasing to 28 days after three years’ service and to 30 days after five years’ service.
Access to group pension scheme (6% employer contribution).
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The successful candidate will be able to assist visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. The assistant will provide administration support as part of the Finance and Operations team in a timely and professional manner and will assist with the important day-to-day operational arrangements of SIA House.
