Main Purpose:
The role is to ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day commercial operations, encompassing but not limited to tasks related to customer services, report preparation, product onboarding documentation, the monitoring of order fulfillment performance,
The person will report to the International Sales Director with a dotted line report into the International Commercial Manager
This role is initially designed to free the International Commercial Manager from day-to-day administrative tasks so as to support the rapid expansion of the international business.
The person in the role will need to build strong relationships with Marketing, the Digital team, and the Supply Chain team.
Main Accountabilities:
To ensure that:
Able to manage the day-to-day relationship with customer service agencies, and deal with any escalations as and when they occur
Create and send professional emails from Shopify, having sourced accurate translations in all different languages needed.
Create tags on orders of interest/issue in all markets
Own, update and continually evolve the script document that the Customer Services team refer to
Complete daily checks on orders within all markets, challenging any local fulfillment service provider if lags or anomalies take place
Conduct a daily moderation check of FaceBook, escalate any issues where necessary – blocking or hiding where needed
Interact with customers as and when required.
Maintenance of the Product Information Document
Complete and submit onboarding documents to necessary agencies
Complete and submit required data to landing page checklists
Collate, google translate, and then classify any social media comments
Generate weekly and periodic social media comment reports by market
