Temp to Perm Are you a motivated, organised person seeking an exciting and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading distribution business, is looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join their growing team in Milton Keynes.

If you are an Administrator with operations experience and you're passionate about providing a great customer experience then we'd love to talk to you!

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Enhancing delivery and customer service by coordinating service routes and debriefing drivers
Answering calls from service drivers, clients, and Head office
Acting as a link between the Service Drivers and Operations Manager 
Preparing data and conducting debrief sessions for service drivers
Ensuring that completed routes and attendance are processed The ideal candidate must:
Have previous administration experience and strong attention to detail
Provide excellent service delivery
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships
Be able to think on your feet, prioritise and organise in a logical order
Have good people management skills
Comply with health & safety regulations
Be a versatile and creative thinker who monitors service and delivery progress and is keen to resolve issues and present the best overall service to our customers If your think you fit the above description, we'd love to hear from you!
