Working in a busy and fast paced team your role will be to provide support to our Store and Head Office teams through verbal and written communications.
Responsibilities
Key contact for phone and email contacts, providing excellent and timely support.
Log information
Manage all delivery communications working with the Transport team (Delivery Schedule, delivery changes etc.).
Where required create and assist the production of key documents, pulling together the required elements and publishing to stores
Skills & Experience
A minimum of one year’s retail shop floor or retail operations experience with a practical understanding of store processes.
To be competent with Microsoft Office, EXCEL, Powerpoint
Good communication skills
Confident in telephone conversations and empathetic
Adept at problem solving.
Excellent organisational skills and able to plan and prioritise effectively.
