Guidant Global is seeking an experienced Onboarding and Employment specialist to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This is a full-time role that comes with a favourable salary of up to £28,000 and a positive work-life balance.
In this Contractor Specialist role, you will act as the first point of contact for all Contractor enquiries and will be responsible for ensuring a timely and effective response, working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve. You will be responsible for keeping candidates engaged through the vetting and on-boarding processes to mitigate the risk of losing applicants through the journey.
Some of your everyday Contractor Care Specialist responsibilities will include:
Receiving incoming queries via various channels from Contractors and logging enquiries on a query tracker
Ensuring all enquiries are managed and resolved effectively
Developing sustainable relationships with Contractors
Managing the candidate journey and expectations through the in-flight and on-boarding processes
Facilitating queries from workers with any queries they have in relation to off-boarding
To succeed in this Contractor Care Specialist job you should have previous customer service /call centre or on-boarding experience and possess excellent communication and people skills although experience in other industries will also be considered as we are looking for the right motivators and attitude. Other essential attributes and requirements include:
Proficiency in MS Office
Good problem-solving and organisational skills
The ability to work well within a team
Adaptability and flexibility
Patience and resilience
In return, you will earn an attractive salary of between £24,000-£28,000 and have the chance to build your HR experience.
