Our clinet is looking to recruit an Office Processing Administrator to join their busy team.
The main aspects of the job are
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Notice processing and checks – this involves:
* Checking Vehicle registration details
* Making sure vehicle make and model details are correct against the sytem and amending if required
* Confirming contravention and site details are correct on each Fixed Charge Notice
* Checking if payments have been made on various systems
This is a data processing role that requires a high level of attention to detail.
May be required to occasionally answer telephone queries and help with other office duties.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be happy doing a role that is process driven.
It may suit candidates that are accurate on data input
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Excellent attention to detail
Office 365 – Word/Excel/Outlook
Team Player – be able to work as part of a team
