Office Manager
Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3SX
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent
DEKRA Certification is a global product safety organisation. We are expanding services and have new opportunities in our UK office at DEKRA Certification UK Limited.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Office Manager to join our growing Medical Device Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to key stakeholders such as the Sales, Quality Assurance and Marketing functions. You will be an integral part of the team providing first line support to customers, monitoring projects and communicating with other DEKRA regions.
Key duties and responsibilities of this Office Manager include:
* Day to day management of the Administration Team
* Project management – prepare and manage the status of projects
* Invoicing
* Issue of certificates, invoices and quotations
* Generating job information and preparing data for the specialist
* Process and verify reports
* Initial back up for debtor control
* Administrative review of internal and external document packages for completion including application package, audit/TD review packages and qualification packages
* Support team with qualification applications
* Register vigilance events
Essential knowledge and expertise:
* Previous experience in an Office Management role
* Project management experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A keen attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
Desirable knowledge and expertise:
* Knowledge of the medical device field
* Medical background
* Experience of working within an international organisation
