My client requires an Office Administrator to start immediately in Milton Keynes . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team within a growing business. Ideally you will have some experience in an office environment.
Shift: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 OR 08:00 – 16:30 & EARLY FINISH ON A FRIDAY 08:00 – 13:00!
Pay:£10.00p/h – £12.00p/h dependant on experience.
Duties include:
Answering incoming calls, and dealing with customer enquiries, orders via email.
Making outbound calls, when necessary.
Assisting with general office filling and raising quotations for customers.
Comunicating with the Sales Manager regarding figures/large orders and complex enquiries
Managing stock reports/schedules and ensuring that stock levels are met
Liaising with several departments to inform them of any upcoming changes.
Skills required:
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Administrative experience.
Good eye for detail with a problem solving attitude.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
