Quality Personnel are recruiting for an Office Administrator.
Working for a global company with over 20 year’s experience providing software and hardware solutions, who is the world’s largest supplier of record storage software.
A varied role and you will be working in a small team alongside technical support, sales.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm (40 hours) with an hour lunch.
Job Responsibilities
* Answer and direct calls quickly and efficiently
* Record and forward messages were applicable
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
* Assisting internal team members and customer contacts to resolve issues relating to customer pricing
* To check and process bar code label order forms, resolving any queries on the forms prior to printing
* To arrange shipping of items for delivery, liaise with a shipping company when needed to resolve any questions
* Follow up outstanding invoices
