Are you looking for a new administrative role? We're recruiting a permanent Office Administrator to join an expanding team at our multinational manufacturing client in Milton Keynes. This position is based in Crownhill and the salary is £20,000 – £23,000 DOE.
The successful candidate will support the company with all administrative functions as well as some packing. This is a junior position and, as such, previous experience is not the first requisite.
As Office Administrator you will be:
Supporting the internal sales team by dealing with customers, suppliers, and logistics
Supporting the external sales team with travel arrangements and quotes
Dealing with customers over the phone
Controlling office supplies
Picking and packing stock items
Inputting data onto the CRM system (training provided) The ideal candidate will have:
Experience and confidence in using Windows and Microsoft Office applications
A polite and professional telephone manner and able to distribute calls efficiently
A proactive nature to general office duties including data entry, stock control, and ordering of consumables and stationery Working hours are 8am – 5pm.
