Office Administrator
A busy & rapidly growing Haulage Company situated in an Iver, Buckinghamshire is looking for a candidate to join the ever growing Management Team and support a busy operation.
The ideal candidate should be very well organised and have an ability to multi-task and prioritise work. You must be comfortable working with data and have good attention to detail. The suitable candidate will be offered adequate training to enable them to effectively perform their duties.
Contracted Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Key features of Role:
* Working with the company in-house finance team to ensure all suppliers are paid their dues in time and responsible for maintenance the related filling.
* Recording information on the system related to driver jobs; calculating fuel costs, driver billings and all other customer charges on to Excel spreadsheets.
* Raising pro-forma invoices and customer invoices and ensuring timely billing to avoid payment delays.
* To maintain and the organisations administrative policies and procedures
Skills/Qualification Required/desired:
* Good IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good data entry skills
* Eligible to work in the UK
* MUST BE a Car owner, as you will need to drive in order to access the site
