Office Administrator wanted for a Beauty Wholesale business
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £25-30k
You will be joining as a Sales Administrator who will be supporting our Team in daily work routine and help them to function more efficiently and effectively. This is a great position for someone who excels at organization and have an ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize their tasks.
Responsibilities
*Processing sales orders online, or via phone and email. Their duties include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, preparing documents for export and maintaining sales records
*Processing and sending out invoices
*Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
*Updating customer databases and maintaining record
*Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
*Greeting visitors at reception.
Required Skills
*Good Excel knowledge (to be able to use the formulas, create a spreadsheet)
*Sage 50 Accounts (preferable)
*Strong verbal and written language skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to work on tight deadlines
*Verbal communication skills
*Telephone manner
*Ability to work well in a team
*Attention to detail
*Customer service
