Our client a professional organisation based in Milton Keynes are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be an IT savvy team player, with good organisational skills and a self-motivated and driven approach to work.
Based within the legal and compliance department, the main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to a Solicitor and a Customer Service and Compliance Manager.
This is a busy and varied support role that involves co-ordinating activities, spreadsheets, case notes and maintaining case files. Other aspects of the role includes audio typing of letters, documents, defences and other correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel. You may also get involved with the investigation of cases as well as arranging, attending and taking notes at meetings, answering the telephone and carrying out general administrative duties such as answering the telephone, ordering stationary and liaising with IT to resolve problems.
Our Client is looking for someone with:-
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
The ability to work on their own initiative under minimal supervision.
Previous administration experience and audio typing skills.
An interest in property would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
