Our client’s business is in green energy solutions. Because of continue growth, they are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to coordinate all daily activities in the office in Milton Keynes.
The main aspects of the job are –
Responsible for job allocation
Handling any inbound calls into the office
Ordering materials
Taxation and parking fines for fleet of vans
Payment of cheques into banks
Contractors invoices
Handling any problems that arise with the contractors on sites
Essential –
It is essential to have intermediate level in Excel
Must be able to drive
Nice to have –
Experience of Pitman 2000
The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar industry/construction/landscape and worked with and coordinated contractors, the office is male orientated, and can be really fast paced and stressful at times.
This is not a role for someone who isn’t prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved in everything that happens, and MUST be able to think on their feet, if an answer is needed.
