Metering Services Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Metering Services Analyst to join a successfully growing energy company based in Milton Keynes.

Job responsibilities

* Process data in accordance with contractual deadlines

* Ensure field activities are completed in line with contractual timescales and

* industry requirements

* De-programming and test dialling of meters following installation

* Provide support and information to the field team whilst on site. Ensuring that the field team has been provided with all of the necessary information to enable them to access the site and successfully carry out the work required

* Attend, where relevant, any customer meetings to promote and provide technical detail on metering services

* Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer to ensure outstanding work is within agreed targets

* Produce and update procedural documentation to support new and amended services

* Document and assist in the resolution of customer complaints, escalating where necessary

* Involvement in the planning and deployment of new services and system enhancements, ensuring that supporting documentation is created in line with the contractual agreement

Skills and experience

* Good level of written and spoken English

* Previous data analytical experience

* Good level of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, etc)

* A high level of computer and system literacy (able to use multiple systems to complete a process)

* Previous customer service experience

* Previous energy experience desirable
