One of our clients, a Milton Keynes based GP surgery, is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist / Care Coordinator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis starting ASAP. SystmOne and Medical Receptionist experience is required as they need someone who can hit the ground running.

Position: Medical Receptionist

Shifts: Mondays- 12.30-18.45, Tuesdays 10-1pm & Fridays 10-1pm

Salary: £8.72 per hour

The job will involve…

– Using SystmOne (experience required)

– Answering the telephone and greeting visitors at reception

– Making appointments for patients over the phone

– Dealing with general enquiries from patients and visitors

The Person will…

– Have experience working in a GP surgery as a Receptionist and using SystmOne (required)

– Have a flexible approach to work

– Have a confident telephone manner

– Have an awareness of confidentiality and sharing information

– Possess a good standard of IT skills

– Be immediately available
