Overview
My client is seeking a proactive Press Co-ordinator who will be brand aligned and will act as the lead for the account for all company owned activities. They will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of that brand's press fleet. You will be fully to trained to understand all the processes and procedures while also being able to demonstrate a forward thinking approach. By building a close working relationship with the brand you will maintain the high levels of customer service while ensuring compliance with all SLAs and KPIs.
Candidate Spec
Inputting bookings ensuring details are accurate and inputted correctly.
Making amendments, cancellations and any other requests to bookings from the brands
Building strong relationships with the brand to ensure reputation and business quality
Launches and Events – managing all vehicles events for the press brands. Booking transport, booking vehicles, liaising with operations to ensure the vehicles are prepped on time
Preparing and delivering the monthly brand review presentation
Proactive fleet management – reviewing the fleet, making suggestions to the brands to help manage the fleet efficiently
Invoicing – run the monthly invoicing
Vehicle Set Up, Registrations & inventory report
Fleet management – managing the different fleet requirements and understand the special requirements for these vehicles
Customer and journalist handover – meet and greet all guests to site, ensure the handover process is followed, update operations of any special requirements prior to handover or return
