Managed Service Contracts Administrator (SAP)
Salary: £33,500 + £6,800 bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week

Our prestigious and award-winning client who is renowned for valuing their employees is currently looking to recruit a Managed Service Contracts Administrator to join their highly successful team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in supporting continuous process improvement projects. This role sits within the Managed Service Contracts Administration department and will be responsible for ensuring all MSC's invoicing processes, both sales and purchase, follows best practice.
The ideal candidate will have had solid experience of working with SAP and in particular the SD module, showing a thorough understanding of contract setup and maintenance processes.
An appreciation of the accruals and matching accounting concepts will also be desirable to provide sufficient support with month-end procedures.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing Sales Orders and Invoicing
* Supply chain commitments – Raising purchase orders in SAP to issue to partner suppliers in a prompt manner, liaising with them until goods are shipped to the customer.
* Contract Maintenance (SAP)
* Periodic reviews of usage reports for key customers to ensure that the data accurately reflects the usage within the period, thus maximising the integrity of information provided to external parties.
* To maintain a logical structure which stores all the key information required to provide an extensive audit trail and to enable individuals to access information quickly and efficiently.
* Supporting the Finance Analyst in providing assistance with month-end procedures, i.e. cost recognition, sales accruals, customer over/underspend, etc.
* Playing an integral role in projects set that benefit both the finance team and the business.
Essential requirements
* Experience in raising and maintaining supplier purchase orders within SAP
* Ability to work fluently with all Microsoft office products
* Report writing, good level of written English
* Order processing
* Excellent Organisational skills
