Are you a resilient, hard-working individual with attention to detail, who can investigate and resolve delivery issues, liaise with customers and can understand/formulate reports? Are you dynamic and adaptable to obstacles to ensure customers receive their orders in the agreed time frames?

Kingsley Consulting hopefully then have the opportunity for you! One of our key Clients in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their Logistics team. The business operates within the Construction Sector and is one of the most recognisable names within their Industry.

The Role will be for an initial 8 weeks with possibility of extension and follow-on projects.

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Rate: Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience

Main Responsibilities:

·Coordinate Logistics and Supply Chain areas of the business, aligning processes to delivery key business deliverables

·Managing all queries through to resolution

·Investigation of any complaints or delivery issues that may arise and solve these efficiently

·Liaise with key customer accounts to manage logistical processes,

·Developing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and ongoing relationship is maintained

·System reporting and formulating of data

·Accurate data administration

Personal Experience:

·Previous experience in a logistics position would be advantageous

·Ability to plan and forward think in a fast-paced environment

·Able to solve problems and keep a strong eye for detail

·Strong administration and time-keeping
