Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.  The successful candidate will be a well organised and thorough Administrator to manage day to day activities for the company.

Position: Logistics Co-ordinator

Hours: 9:00 – 5:30pm (37.5 hours with 1 hour for lunch)

Salary: £22 – 25k + Benefits D.O.E

The job will involve…

Administer full projects from start to completion, keeping internal systems fully up to date.
Liaise with internal departments (Workshop and Accounts) to confirm readiness for installations.
Liaise with the customer to plan installation, manage expectations and build relationships.
Maintain the internal systems to ensure each part of the installation is planned, achievable and above all visible.
Chasing customers and internal staff to ensure all dependencies are met in time.
Work with integration partners to ensure interface information is completed in advance of installation
Help to manage hardware forecasting and adequate stock
Handover issues to support team
The person must have…

Administration experience
Good technical knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Self-confidence and good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good organisation skills
Positive attitude
Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately
