We have an exciting opportunity as a Lettings Negotiator based in Milton Keynes.

Main responsibilities:

Contacting prospective applicants by phone
Booking in viewings for properties
Calling applicants about new properties registered and arranging viewings
Organising check-ins when they move in
Dealing with renewals
Dealing with queries from landlords
Booking valuations with landlords for Senior Negotiators
Responding to enquiries from Rightmove
Entering data onto in-house system
Progressing applicants through the checks needed filling out paperwork, getting references etc.
What are we looking for?

You need to be confident on the phone and dealing with people face to face
This would suit someone from a retail or customer service background who enjoys dealing with people
Dealing with complaints and queries so need to know how to handle difficult customers
Experience dealing with general public
Need to be able to drive and have own transport.
