Lettings Administrator Apprentice

Our client are a local independent firms based in Milton Keynes, specialising in Residential Sales and Lettings. Their knowledge of the local property market, combined with experienced and friendly staff, enables them to offer an enviable service to all whilst maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism.

They are currently looking for a Lettings Business Administration Apprentice to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in all areas of the Lettings and complete a 15 month Business Administration apprenticeship fully supported by Starting off with 20% off-the-job training.

There is opportunity for full-time employment upon completion of your business administration qualification.

Some responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator Apprentice include:

* Meeting and Greeting customers into the building

* Answering the telephone

* Responding to emails

* Filling and Scanning

* Inputting data onto Microsoft Office and their unique data-base

* Checking folders accurately to make sure they have the correct documents

* Diary management

* Checking each property pack as the correct certificates necessary

* Progression – booking and attending viewings

The ideal candidate must be:

* Personable and easy to communicate with

* Bubbly and Friendly

* Extremely organised with a high level of attention for detail

* Be a team player, always keen and eager

* Ambitious and wanting to build a successful career in Lettings

Skills/Qualifications for the Business Administration Apprentice:

* C/4 or above (equivalent) in Maths and English

* Good Microsoft office knowledge

* Good customer service and administration skills

* Have a good telephone manner

* IT Literate, be able to use computer packages with ability to learn new computer systems quickly
