Unique opportunity for a candidate with some Project Coordination / Project Administration / Project Assistant experience to join a small, agile performance consultancy delivering key projects for global automotive brands.
Role Info:
Junior / Graduate Project Assistant / Coordinator – Fixed Term Contract 12 Month with Possible Extension
Based near Bicester, Oxfordshire (own transport needed)
£24,000 – £26,000
Plus pension & 24 days + bank holidays
The Project Assistant / Coordinator Role:
The role is an exciting opportunity for an efficient Coordinator to take ownership of a major Project being delivered by us for a major client (huge PLC).
Your role will be to manage the delivery framework to ensure successful and collaborative working across the various teams involved, together with the key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive plan is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Project administration to ensure all areas are updated and communicated effectively
+ Planning and anticipation of content for key meetings and stakeholder updates including compilation of update materials
+ Schedule of all activity (diaries) and ensure timely delivery of all supporting material
+ Partner co-ordination of all activities to ensure we are cohesive across all department’s requirements
+ co-ordination for project requests including communication/ follow up, distribution of any materials
+ Manage the Project SharePoint areas etc
+ Communication material including design, compilation and output
+ Monitoring outputs to ensure follow up and scheduling is maintained by all parties
+ Support to all workstream partners to ensure that the fundamentals of the project commitments are maintained
About You:
+ Strong communicator (verbal and written)
+ Great administration skills to provide project management coordination and support for the Project.
+ Seriously well organised
+ Collaborative – the role will require liaison with a wide range of stakeholders and the role holder will be required to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the project.
+ Proven successful experience in a project coordination role
+ Evidence of having operated in a pressurised environment
+ Experience of working on multiple projects and tasks and a real can do mindset
+ Evidence of monitoring work to ensure its quality and acting to correct problems as they arise
+ Adaptable – happy to work for a small company but also confident to deal with global brands and senior figures
+ Full UK driving Licence
+ Excellent IT skills – accurate word processing and expertise in using MS Office applications, including MS PowerPoint
+ Excellent planning and organisational skills – Concern for detail to ensure the accuracy of information
